RUINING HISTORY: THE DRINK
2 oz Applejack Brandy
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Dry-shake all ingredients, add ice to shaker, swirl for 60-90 sec to chill, strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with lemon wheel.

MOCKTAIL VERSION
2 oz Applejuice
