- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz Applejack Whiskey

MOCKTAIL VERSION

- 1 oz Cider
- 1 to 2 Star Anise Cloves (to taste)
- 1 to 2 tbsp of Honey (to taste)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
